New England Steamship Agents Inc. was founded on September 2, 1991, by Diane Delory, President, and Joel Constantino, Managing Director. NESA Inc. corporate offices are in upstate New York. The corporation began as agent representatives and supervisors of foreign flag vessels carrying breakbulk, liquid bulk and dry cargos calling the upper Hudson River to the Port of Albany.
Seaports and Service Area
Since inception, NESA expanded service region north to Searsport, Maine, West to the eastern Great Lakes and as far south to Baltimore Maryland. We are proud to be supervising vessels calling 42 U.S. ports and terminals.
Primary commodities managed are on-shore & offshore wind generators and accessories, heavy-lift project cargo, wood pulp and lumber, cocoa bean, bulk sugar, maize, red summer wheat, rock salt, petroleum products, steel re-bar, plate, and coils.

Diane began her maritime career over three decades ago as Operations Manager for Radix Group International Inc., a steamship agency, customs brokerage and freight forwarding firm.
